Teaching is possibly the most important job in society. Teachers can motivate children to reach their potential, and inspire the love of learning that all young people need in order to lead fulfilled lives as citizens of society. Children who have good teachers will become well rounded and successful adults and will make informed decisions to ensure our future. Teaching is for people who enjoy communicating concepts, are confident, yet patient. There is excellent scope for career progression, taking on further responsibilities and moving into management.
